Camara comes to us from 'Sweet Home Alabama' and is the General Manager of this location. She strives to provide a family style environment where customers feel welcome and comfortable. This is achieved by hand picking a unique blend of personalities to allow each customer to be paired with the perfect Housing Consultant. She is confident this is a huge reason this team has grown to be a leader within the Houston Region and the company as a whole. The Cleveland TX model center expands across 7 acres of country side and Camara works diligently to ensure that every price point and budget is represented to allow prospective customers to have a One-Stop-Shop experience. Licensed in the State of Texas, Crystal specializes in both the FHA and VA loan structures and has helped customers place homes in Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana. She also co-manages marketing and branding for the team. With over 5 years of industry experience, she is able to guide the customer through the process with ease.
Doug is our Senior Housing Professional and Construction Expert. His specialty is navigating the customer through the construction process and explaining in detail the materials and processes used to build their home.

YaYa is part of our bilingual team, affectionately named Las Chicas of Palm Harbor Cleveland. YaYa holds her sales license with the State of Texas and also assists the team with marketing and branding.
Sonya is our in house realtor and also holds her sales license with the State of Texas. Her specialty is locating and negotiating land purchases on behalf of our customers. She also acts as our Customer Service Advocate to assist customers from closing to move in.
Jacob was born and raised right here in Cleveland TX and is able to assist customers who are relocating here with his knowledge of the surrounding areas. As part of our sales team, he is also affectionately called the 'CrocoDeal Hunter', his family runs an animal sanctuary and brings a fun, upbeat perspective for our customers who want a non traditional home search experience.
